Cleanaway provides sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies.Your new roleAs the Capability and Learning Manager you will help build the Capability & Learning function, be responsible for the design, consultation, and implementation of key Leadership Development and onboarding programs. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our leadership Capability and culture, along with achieving Cleanaway's ambitious and exciting goals. Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose leadership development programs for Supervisors and Branch Managers
- Work with key stakeholders to design and deliver a Cleanaway Induction program
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, coordinate focus groups, consultation meetings and pilot programs in line with project timelines to deliver key learning programs
- Support the design, management, and continuous improvement of key learning infrastructure, including learning management systems, learning governance, service standards, evaluation methods and reporting
- Support talent review and development processes
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Capability and Learning specialists
- Expertise in learning needs analysis, learning design (including experiential learning design), program implementation, and evaluation of learning programs
- Ability to simplify complex or abstract information, making it practical and relevant to the audience.
