Employees from across the Victorian Public Sector are invited to apply to this fixed-term (secondment) opportunity as the Learning & Capability Event Manager.
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Capability, this role is responsible for managing the 2024 Electorate Officer conference, which includes:
- Leading and managing pre-event planning, reporting, updates and team coordination, and managing onsite operations during the conference event.
- Creating and managing a detailed project schedule aligned with the Project Management Framework for the event.
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the conference event including logistics, room bookings, accommodation, catering, décor, styling, security, communications and entertainment.
- Coordinating all event operations from event development, through to bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post event review.
