What you'll do
The Capability & Project Advisor exists to support the execution of training, programs and initiatives to improve capability, particularly for our trade partners. The roles focus will be on supporting the build of an end to end training hub for all trade partners and suppliers, specialising in organising, designing, and building learning tools in a variety of formats. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders driving their capability to utilise Woolworths data tools to help unlock insights and achieve growth.
You will support the overall performance and delivery of insights and capability building by bringing the right people together to deliver on programs whilst role-modelling the Woolworths Values.
- Implement the Supplier Capability Plan including programs and tools to achieve desired improvements
- Implement capability improvement training programs for Commercial Teams to help them build best in class business plans with key trade partners
- Build strong relationships with the Commercial Team to deliver mutually beneficial programs and platforms
- Support the delivery of insights, metrics and data that help suppliers unlock their potential
What you'll bring
This is a newly re-imagined role and we are looking for someone with great energy and a can-do solution-oriented attitude. This role will allow you to put your own creative flair on things and come up with new innovative ideas. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, happy to work independently and part of a newly formed team, and have experience in driving your own initiatives. You will be a great communicator and have had previous exposure in dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Planning and continuous improvement skills including using data and system to track business performance
- Ideation, design and delivery of learning solutions with knowledge of articulate, captivate, video editing software an advantage
- Project management experience with skills in change management and communication
- 3-5 yrs experience in learning, capability, or similar role
