About the Role
BOQ Group is transforming it's Risk and Compliance practices in an effort to strengthen our bank, industry, people and customer experience. For our Line 1 and 2 teams, there is a significant change agenda to uplift the technical, professional and behavioural skills that will foster better risk identification and management across the Enterprise. The Capability Specialist– Risk and Compliance supports the design, build, facilitation and management of the Risk & Compliance Academy learning curriculums, courses and performance support tools that enable Line 1 and 2 teams, to confidently and competently uplift their risk maturity and deliver a strong risk culture at BOQ Group.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Design, build, curate and co-deliver elements of the Risk and Compliance Academy, including mandatory training portfolio and underlying learning pathways that effectively develop, assess and embed the knowledge, skills and behaviours required
- Use Training Needs Analysis and Change Impact Assessments to create detailed content briefs and storyboards and use these to build learning content including but not limited to digital learning, instructor led training, facilitation guides, leader-led training, user guides, SOPs, playbooks, infographics, Sharepoint sites
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person and digital classroom sessions on key topics (where required)
- Execute roll-out and execution of the programs and tools, including program launch, monitoring quality and Compliance, and ensuring business and learner outcomes are achieved
About you
When identifying a successful candidate, we will be looking for the following:
Key Knowledge:
- Demonstrated understanding of training needs analysis, methodologies and moments of learning needs with the ability to choose the most effective learning/performance solution
Key Skills:
- Experience in the scoping, design and build of learning experiences across all mediums and technologies (e-learn, simulations, video, digital classroom leader-led, classroom instructor led, self-paced, leader led, on the job tools, knowledge management resources) across technical (compliance, process, system) and customer b behavioural competencies
- Intermediate skills in learning authoring, information design and media tools which results in the efficient delivery of high quality learning content:
- Required - Articulate 360(Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Office Suite, online video editing/animation tools (i.e. Vyond, Vimeo, WeVideo), Digital Classroom software (MS Teams)
- Desired - Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro), HTML/CSS, Sharepoint, Adobe Captivate
- Well developed internal consulting skills (Essential)
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
