How you will contribute
Reporting into the Capital Engineering Manager of our iconic Cadbury Plant in Claremont, Tasmania, you will be responsible for implementing projects, leading technical development, feasibility perspectives on engineering-related activities within the supply chain, meeting the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure adherence to Mondelēz standards in execution.
You will be required to manage the technical details, detailed planning, development, and execution of Capital Projects with a focus on Utilities and Infrastructure. This position will allow you to work on a broad range of Capital Projects, in an exciting growing global business that manufactures 90% of what our customers consume in ANZ.

Great technical skills in at least one area is required, relevant skills include,
Site services or building services
Industrial energy efficiency opportunity identification and execution
Contractor management
conveying and palletising systems
high speed packing solutions, or
hazardous dust controls.
Technical expertise across engineering disciplines and high expertise in one or more domains an advantage.
An engineering degree recognised by the Engineers Australia Institute is required to be considered for this position.
Significant Project engineering and Management experience
Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
Experience with people management, leadership and development
Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Experience working within food industry preferred
Strong communication (written and verbal skills)
This position requires someone to work on site.
