Engineering Trades Australia is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for a FIFO all Capital cities 12-month project. The job scope revolves around introducing High Density Ore (HDO) to the site which is heavier and stickier in nature and requires the upgrade of eleven transfer chutes and transfer stations at CLA to maintain efficiency for the loading of iron ore ships. The project is of a heavy brownfield nature including Structure, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation works to be executed on site.For Senior project Engineers, this role is offering:
- Salary $200 - $250K package + PIP of $40 per day work on site paid at the end of the project.
- 2/1 Roster
- FIFO all Capital cities

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience in MX office, P6, AutoCAD
- You will have a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a construction project environment in similar roles and a sound knowledge of core fundamentals of construction.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-disciplined, technical construction projects in the mining or commercial construction industry.
- Demonstrated contract experience in industrial/mechanical construction environments.
- Sound ability to identify potential contractual, schedule and safety risks.
- Oversee planning, procurement, project controls/reporting, technical design, and subcontractor management functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work at multiple levels of stakeholder management across various disciplines.
- Highly developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills
