With an expanding business across Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, Windsor, Kedron, Nundah, Redcliffe, Aspley and Brendale, the 6 dealerships service 10 Franchises and 7 workshops ranging from Mitsubishi, LDV, RAM, Hyundai, and Kia & Volkswagen to Suzuki & Renault.

We are currently seeking a Car Care Sales Professional to join our Team. Norris Motor Group has a tradition of excellent procedures and systems supporting Car Care sales through all of its dealerships, ensuring you will be given all the support necessary to succeed and be a top performer. You will receive referrals from our new and used car departments giving you ample opportunities to secure top tier commissions each month.

Our ideal candidate will be a very well presented polished professional and have a proven track record as an elite sales leader in this or similar role. Automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential.

• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling skills
• The ability to relate to wide range of personalities and customers on all levels
• Able to work with a team while showing individual strength and ability
• Focus on exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Providing exceptional customer service by building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering strong product knowledge
• Effective time management – managing leads and following up opportunities
• Able to work every Saturday

Core Role Responsibilities:

• Selling and presenting a broad range of vehicle protection products such as paint protection solutions, interior protection solutions, window tint, electronics and rust solutions.
• Build and maintain Team and customer relationships
• Work towards exceeding monthly targets
• First point of contact in showroom
• Assisting in sales process and ensuring all customers are welcomed in dealership
• Warranty generation and presentation
• Income reporting and sales log management
