As the Car Rental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Adelaide branch, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric Car Rental experience. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and the ability to lead and motivate their team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the branch team, fostering a culture of excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including fleet management, reservations, and customer interactions, to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor the branch team to achieve individual and team targets, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and implement measures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth by managing and capitalizing on opportunities and key partnerships in the Adelaide and surrounding market. Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and service providers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
You will need:
- A current Unrestricted Australian Driver's licence (manual not required);
- Current Driver’s record from State Authority at the time of interview;
- Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills;
- A "Go Getter" attitude with an enthusiastic personality;
- An ability to work on your own, as well as in a team;
- A commitment to high quality standards;
