Car Sales Trainees - Automotive Industry

Our client is a long established, multi franchised new car dealership located in the Penrith area. They are looking to employ two Sales Trainees to boost their staff levels and sales volumes. Those chosen will have the opportunity to start in and forge a very rewarding career in the Automotive Industry. The dealership trades seven days, and an 11 day fortnight roster system applies.

Applicants for these positions need to have some form of previous sales experience and interaction with customers. You will be keen, energetic and willing to learn. You will also have strong interpersonal skills, be totally reliable, be seeking a long term career position and live within reasonable commuting distance. You MUST be willing to work on most weekends.

Salary initially will consist of an award level retainer in the $45k - $50k range + super. After your initial training period, you will earn a generous commission based on your sales levels. A loading payment is made also for working on Sundays. One fully trained, a company vehicle or car allowance may also be offered. Ultimately you will be earning around $120k.
