Caravan, Boat And Car Storage Facility Assistant

Big Boys Toy storage is currently seeking a casual Ongoing Caravan, Boat and Car Storage facility assistant to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction responding to guest needs and requirements.

Big Boys Toy Storage is South Brisbane’s premier caravan, Boat And Car storage facility.We offer high security storage for most wheeled objects including cars, caravans, boats, motorhomes, trucks, trailers, jet skis and motorbikes

The Storage assistant is responsible to assist with the day-to-day front-of-house duties of the storage facility.  Key responsibilities of this position include: 

• Assisting customers with the retrieval of their stored items and placing them back into storage after use.
• Face to face customer liaison at the facility including provision of information, dealing with customer complaints and if applicable handling cash and Eftpos sales.
• Dealing with customer correspondence and enquiries via email and phone 
• General site tidiness and maintenance i.e. mowing, hedging, sweeping etc
• Advising management of customer issues as soon as able and in the format directed by the manager to ensure an efficient and timely transfer of information 
• Provision of a friendly, efficient, and empathetic customer service ‘face’ to the customer.

A flexible easy-going workplace, with normal operating hours 8:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am - 1:00pm Saturday.

We have two roles to fill one part time and one full time

Full on job training including forklift operation.
