Due to growth in the business, we are looking for a HVAC Assistant Team Leader to join our Brisbane team.
The Role:
- Provide support, mentoring and expertise to a team of Technicians.
- Carry out service and quoted repairs, installations, and maintenances
- Oversee, manage and work effectively in a team environment without supervision
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Selection Criteria:
- Trade Qualification in Certificate lll in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- 5+ years’ experience as a HVAC technician
- Current Drivers Licence
- Refrigerant Handling licence
- Restricted Electrical licence
- OHS Construction Induction Card
- A focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- Strong communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike.
