Are you an experienced and dynamic couple looking for an exciting opportunity to manage a thriving Caravan Park? We are currently seeking a Management Couple to take on the responsibility of operating and overseeing our well-established Caravan Park.
Position: Park Managers
Location: Tweed Heads, NSW
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and day-to-day operations of the Caravan Park
- Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Managing bookings, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs
- Maintaining the park's facilities, including grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Implementing and enforcing park rules, policies and regulations
- Coordinating the work of park casual reception staff
- Marketing and promoting the park to attract new guests
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing a Caravan Park or similar hospitality establishment
- RMS Experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in administrative management
- Knowledge of maintenance and repairs for Caravan Park facilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
