About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists to join CALHN Heart & Lung Program in their dynamic and highly skilled Cardiac Catheterisation Teams at the RAH & TQEH. Cardiac Intervention at the RAH has multiple state -of -the- art Cath Labsand TQEH Redevelopment is due for completion in July 2024. A position within these teams will offer you professional growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive culture.As a Registered Nurse you will provide nursing services, within a procedural suite environment, as part of the dynamic multidisciplinary Cardiac Catheterisation laboratory (CCL) team within CALHN. In this role you will develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice in the CCL specialty. You will consolidate specialty CCL knowledge and skills, developing in capability through continuous professional development and experience. As a Registered Nurse you will accept accountability for your own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.QualificationsRegistered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.About CALHNThe Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
