We are looking for a part-time or casual Cardiac CT Radiographer to join our dynamic team in Heart of Melbourne Cardiology Wantirna 2 to 3 day's per week.

Summary
The Cardiac CT Radiographer is a newly created member in our purposely built dedicated facility to provide CT coronay angiography services. This position is required to work closely with other members of our multi-diciplinary team, and responsible to complete rostered lists in a timely and professional manner.
As the Cardiac CT Radiographer you'll do:
- Providing a high level of CT services to patients of Heart of Melbourne in line with our standard of care.
- Preparing, setting up and maintaining of the CT room, assisting patients during all imaging procedures.
- Providing high quality CT images as required by the on duty cardiologist.
- Ensuring imaging procedures are performed in a safe and comfortable manner for our patients.
- Be involved in administrative functions, compliance to accreditation requirements, mornitoring equipment performance and stock levels. Reporting equipment faults and break downs to the chief radiographer.
- Be a teamplayer and work collabratively with other members of the Heart of Melbourne team, including doctors, nursing staff, admin staff, be an effective communicator to build a great relationship with our patients and external stake holders including specialist doctors and referrers.
Eligible applicants must hold suitable National and state registrations and work rights in Australia:
Current Authority to Practise as a Diagnostic Radiographer with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current Radiation use Licence with Department of Health Victoria or interstate equivalent
Demonstrated effective clinical and non-clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Work experiences in CT scanning, with previous work experiences in CTCA highly regarded
Experiences with Canon/Toshiba CT machines highly regarded
Unlimited working rights and Visa in Australia
