Work from anywhere as our newest Remote Specialist Cardiac Physiologist.
As a member of the Advara HeartCare@Home team you are responsible for the day-to-day best practice delivery of CIED (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device) services, including remote monitoring (RM) and in-person CIED management as well as other duties as may be delegated. These tasks are to be performed with a caring, professional, high quality, and timely efficiency that reflects our company values.
What you’ll do:
- Meticulous analysis and interpretation of CIED data across all vendors within the remote monitoring sphere
- Perform In clinic device checks in person and also remotely, with proficiency in data interpretation and reprogramming
- You will be part of a team that manages the follow up of cardiac devices
- Maintain working order of equipment and software
- Participate in clinical research, quality assurance and professional development programs.
Who you are:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in the health sciences field
- Prior training, experience and knowledge in CIED management preferred
- Experience with medical records software is desirable
- Attention to detail essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of developments in the CIED field
- Excellent patient care skills with a demonstrated ability to show a friendly, sensitive and professional approach when dealing with patients
- Proven experience in working effectively independently and in a team environment with the ability to quickly and calmly adapt to changing routines and priorities.
Other requirements for this role:
- Ability to travel to internal and external sites throughout metropolitan and regional state may be required.
