AddressWe are currently recruiting for a Care Manager to oversee our home care clients in the Blacktown and Hawkesbury areas. Right at Home is a leading in-home care provider in Australia. This role is a full-time management position.
- Health Assessments.
- Care Planning and Case Management
- Carer recruitment and training as required
- Operational management.
- Quality assurance
- Initially, the role will have some business development responsibilities, but this will be reduced over time.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Management) – Desirable
- Certificate in a specific aged care-related discipline (Dementia care) - Desirable.
- Current First Aid & CPR; and
- Driver's License with a car
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Good understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care (primarily HCP funding)
- Good understanding of individual general assessment
