And our sisterbrand, Airyday, proudly created the first SPF Wardrobe. Made for daily use, our award-winning SPF+Primers have been designed for every skin type, tone reason or season and since launching, the brand has been on an exciting journey, growing at a rapid pace through our own direct websites, hundreds of top skin/dermal clinics & now in Sephora.
About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy and content creation for our flagship brands, @keuneanz and @airyday.official. You'll be responsible for executing and overseeing daily activities to ensure they align seamlessly with our marketing and product strategies. Collaborating with local talent, content creators, and performance marketing agencies, you'll create fresh, authentic content that resonates with our audience.
- Plan and execute content calendars to align with marketing campaigns and goals.
- Create and edit original content (stills/videos).
- Develop content concepts for organic and paid media.
- Grow following & engagement
- Community management of comments and DMs.
- Lead UGC and influencer programs, including outreach and content coordination.
- Explore brand collaboration and gifting opportunities.
- Report and analyze key metrics monthly to assess performance.
- Use data to recommend strategy optimizations.
- Assist in creating blog and EDM content.
To be successful for this position you must have the following:
- 2-4 years experience managing Social Media accounts
- Passion for Social Media, Hair & Skin
- Be a strong, witty copywriter who communicate humor and align with brand tone of voice
- Content creation experience
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva or Adobe)
- Ability to juggle multiple brand accounts and stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
- Results oriented - thrives on finding creative ways to solve problems and achieve goals

This is a full-time role based out of our regional HQ located in Sydney-west (Huntingwood), which is now a quick 30-35 mins from the city due to the opening of new City-west link tunnels. The Syd-west HQ office is conveniently located right near off/on ramps for M4 & M7.
There is flexibility to hotdesk from our Balmain office one of the days during the week. Due to being part of cross-over team within out organisation, there are some team days based out in Balmain on certain weeks.
