The Requirements:
Have exceptional knowledge of the Aged Care industry and its continuous changes
Experience as a Clinical Manager in a residential aged care facility
Demonstrated Clinical Leadership within the health sector
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with managers, staff and overall the residents
Hold a current AHPRA registration and maintain a positive police check
