Assistant Director - Clinical Advice, Design & ResearchAbout the company:
Our client is a Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. A great opportunity for a qualified Health professional to join a large growing Federal Government in a clinical advisory and research capacity, on a 12-month temporary assignment.About the role:
- Undertaking detailed or sensitive research projects
- Stakeholder engagement - internal and external
- Planning and conducting workshops with key stakeholders and clients
- Using co-design methods that support the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments
- Generating communication plans and reports in relation to research findings and design ideas
- Working with key stakeholders in the organisation and providing evidence informed advice
- Policy and procedure reviews
- You will have experience working in the development and administration of clinical assessments
- You will have experience in qualitative research
- You will have excellent stakeholder engagements skills both internal and external
- You will have experience working in the disability sector, and an understanding of NDIS legislation
- You will ideally have a relevant medical or health care qualification
- You will ideally have experience working in workforce management or education
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12 month temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
- $602.55 per day + super
- Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth locations considered
