Responsibilities:
Assist clients with maintaining a clean-living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
Promote independence among clients by encouraging them to participate in activities that enhance their physical and mental wellbeing.
Establish positive relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and understanding their individual needs.
Cleaning duties can include mopping floors, wiping fridges/microwave/stove/benches, vacuum, sweep, dusting
Report any changes or concerns regarding the client's health or well-being promptly to the appropriate supervisor or healthCare Professional.
Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations related to social care practices.
