Our new 134 bed Griffith Centre in Canberra is conveniently located near the CBD, Lake Burley Griffin, shopping precincts and local parks. This energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building has been designed to ensure we can meet the care needs of the local community now and into the future.
BaptistCare Griffith is an innovative and modern looking facility, built to cater for people with low care, high care and dementia care needs. All our rooms feature ensuites, the facility also offers extra services
About the role
BaptistCare Griffith Centre is seeking a permanent part time basis. Will include cleaning common areas (dining, activity rooms, foyer) and residents’ rooms and bathrooms
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as commercial cleaner with solid knowledge to follow WHS protocols to conduct cleaning tasks safely
- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
- Ability to follow directions well with a good time management skill to complete tasks within timeframe
