The Roles: We are currently recruiting for 2 x Care Service Employees with potential to offer permanent hours. You must be available to work either Morning, Afternoon or Nights - or a combination of the three shifts across a fortnightly roster. About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support Experience in similar role in aged care at least 6 months is desirableAvailability to work on a rotating roster basis, which may involve shifts in the morning, afternoon and nightA genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly peopleEffective time management and reporting skillsPast experience working in the kitchen is desirable but not mandatory About Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)We are a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to empower older people to ‘live life to the full’.
