As the Enterprise Data Lead in the UniFi ERP programme you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic management and utilisation of data within Thales Australia, leading all data-related delivery activities within the UniFi programme. - Lead a team of data professionals, including data architects, data engineers, and data analysts, to define and deliver on the strategic objectives of ERP programme.
- Partner with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to align data initiatives with business priorities and drive consensus on data-related decisions.
- Define and maintain the Enterprise Data architecture, including data models, data flows, and integration strategies, to support current and future business needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of data management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective data lifecycle management.
- Implement data quality standards and controls to monitor, measure, and improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Enterprise Data.
- Continue to evolve the Data Services value proposition and the operating model.
- Establishing data risk framework for identifying and managing enterprise and functional level risks.
- Reporting and Documentation and creating and maintaining documentation of data-related processes, policies, and procedures, and providing regular reports to programme stakeholders.
- Change Management and assisting in change management efforts to ensure that employees adapt to new data-related processes and tools effectively.
- Extensive experience in senior Data Leadership roles.
- Ability to build exceptionally high performing, highly collaborative, empowered teams.
