Details:

  • Status: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Location: NSW, Liverpool, Hybrid work with travel
  • Salary: $73,000 - $85,000 + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure trainee safety and well-being.
  • Lead and support a dynamic team of care sector Trainees.
  • Support Trainees as they transition between multiple host employers and locations including documenting progress, ensuring commitment to coursework.
  • Develop coaching strategies, identify strengths, and liaise with employers for job opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key Care Sector employers and educational institutions.
  • Conduct engaging sessions for prospective Trainees.

Requirements:

  • Experience/qualifications in coaching, employment services, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in tracking client progress using relevant tools.
  • Empathy, patience, grit and a positive attitude.
