We are a family of four with two delightful girls aged 3 1/2 and 8 months. Mummy is a part time shift worker and Daddy works full time but usually from home. 3 1/2 years old is very confident, active and sociable, 8 month old is happy and bubbly.
Your Duties
Wednesday afternoons
- collect the eldest from local kinder (1pm) ( can easily be done by tram so car access not essential) and bring home.
Entertain either at home or local park for the afternoon. Assist with dinner preparation for the 2 girls. Youngest daughter will be collected from daycare by either Mummy or Daddy depending on shifts. Friday afternoons
- as above, except has swimming lessons at 4pm, also easily managed by tram so car not essential.
Saturdays
- occasional Saturday mid mornings to early afternoons
- roughly 10am
- 3pm, but may change depending on what works best.
Ideally care for both girls around home to enable Daddy to play rugby. Help with lunch prep etc. Eldest has ballet 10
- 10.45.
Our Perfect Caregiver
We are looking for a caregiver to mainly look after our eldest daughter on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, 1pm - 6pm, as per Mummy's roster. Also occasional Saturdays to help Daddy when Mummy has to work. The shifts would not be the same each week, ie hours would range between 5 and 15 hours a week.
Days we require help are listed below: Wed 17th April, Fri 19th April, Wed 24th April, Wed 1st May, Fri 10th May, Sat 11th
May, Fri 17th May, Fri 31st May, Sat 1st June, Wed 5th June, Fri 14th June, Sat 15th June, Fri 28th June, Sat 29th June, Wed 3rd July (8 – 6), Wed 10th July (8-6), Wed 24th July, Fri 2nd August.
Ongoing shifts depending on next roster. Depending on finding the right person, we would be happy to either pay per shift, or pay set hours per week, with hours banked to use on weeks where more help is required. Thanks.
