Are you:- Competent in assessing and understanding carers' needs and can provide information and one-on-one support?
- Looking to showcase your ability to create and foster positive relationships with external organisations and networks?
- Highly skilled in communication, both written & verbal, and can build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
- Keen to demonstrate your workshop planning, facilitation, and evaluation skills?
- Can you create solid connections and build collaborative rapport with external workshop facilitators, including good negotiation skills and strategy planning?
**You must be willing to travel regularly, build connections, and facilitate workshops across Toowoomba, Ipswich, and surrounding areas***.
About you - do you have:- MANDATORY relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. Cert III in Community Services or a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the community services sector.
- An understanding of client-centred practice with demonstrated ability and experience interacting and supporting diverse client groups in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Please note: It is a mandatory requirement for all successful Applicants to hold current and valid Driver license, Blue/Yellow Cards before commencing employment with Carers Queensland Ltd.
Based in Ipswich, you will be working across the Darling Downs, delivering services that help form part of an incredible organisation that strives to make a difference in people’s lives. - Full-time role with attractive Remuneration Package of CSW4.1 - $82,334.28 per annum (plus 11% super) + transfer your long service leave via QLEAVE (if applicable).
