• Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday - AM

2.

• Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - AM

3.

• Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - AM

4.

• Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - PM

5.

• Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Administer medications as per care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate nature and genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents.
