About the role
We are looking for an amazing Caretaker and Maintenance person to join the team and take our Merimbula Holiday Park to the next level.
You will be responsible for ensuring the park and facilities are both looking well maintained and everything is in working order along with undertaking on-call responsibilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Mowing
- Trimming, hedging, pruning
- General garden care
- Blowing pathways
- Organising maintenance quotes as required
- Removal of rubbish and debris
- Pool cleaning and maintenance
- Undertaking on-call responsibilities 5 nights per week
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience in a building maintenance would be desirable
- Experience with lawn, plant and tree care
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Perform troubleshooting to solve repair issues
- Be physically agility and possess good manual dexterity
- A positive can do attitude
This is a Full Time role where you must be available to work weekends and peak periods and undertake overnight on-call.
