About the role
Are you someone who loves helping others buy their dream car? Well, we would love to have you join us as a CarExpert Consultant in our Marketplace Team.
As a CarExpert Consultant, you help make someone's day brighter. Our goal is to make buying the right new car quicker & easier and by being the first point of contact on the customer car buying journey, you will play a pivotal role in their overall experience. Whether they have watched one of our video reviews or read one of our reviews before placing an inquiry, we want to make sure we offer a positive experience for someone buying a new car.
Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations at every step of the car buying journey. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with excellent communication skills to chat and work with our customers and help them with their new car needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting warm leads that come directly from our website.
- Building rapport and qualifying the customer's needs before connecting with dealers.
- Nurture a pipeline of existing new car enquiries through all stages of the new car purchasing journey.
- Acting as a liaison between the buyer and dealership/s to ensure a quicker and easier car buying experience.
- Completing dealer feedback activities and other ad hoc tasks for the broader Marketplace team.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Call Centre experience is highly desirable.
- Automotive experience is not essential. If you love cars and talking to people, that is what we are looking for.
- Excellent organisational and time and task management skills.
