We currently have an exciting opportunity for Cargo Export Flight Clerk at Matraville Cargo Terminal on a permanent part-time basis to coordinate freight acceptance and delivery procedures whilst maintaining the highest possible levels of service and safety to customers.
Main Accountabilities include but will not be restricted or limited to:
- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
- Complete AVI check sheets and process.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring that all applicable charges are collected.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess strong Cargo system and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Possess customer service experience.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be willing and able to work shift work.
- Apply a detailed knowledge of company policy and procedure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Working knowledge of operating procedures, requirements, and systems.

This position is permanent part time, rostered minimum of 20 hours per week. You must be available to work a 7 day rotational shift roster in support of our client carriers' operations and schedules.
