Job description

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our corporately owned Mad Mex restaurants.

About the Role

At Mad Mex, this role is to coach, mentor, and support an allocated group of Mad Mex restaurants. Success in this role lies in partnering with the State Manager to develop and execute sales, profit, operational standards, and local area marketing strategies. A strong focus on coaching Managers and developing and building strong relationships will be paramount to your success.

It is expected in this role that the Multi-Site Manager still performs all their Business Manager duties for their base restaurant whilst driving the performance of their allocated restaurants as outlined in the Key Responsibilities section below.

The Multi-Site Manager will ensure that Mad Mex is achieving financial, strategic, and expansion goals whilst driving a culture of high performance and team cohesiveness.

Our ideal candidate

  • A proven track record of strong people management & leadership skills across a complex business network.
  • Solid stakeholder engagement ability and a clear understanding of how to professionally influence business decisions and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an operational hands-on level and the ability to translate this into improving Restaurant performance.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in execution, project management, strategy, planning, and development.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high-level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with key stakeholders (both internally & externally).
  • A current driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Manager role within the QSR or Hospitality/Retail industry.
