About your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced Second Fix Carpenter to join their maintenance team in Adelaide
- Preventive and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the venue
- Key focus on carpentry, door furniture and joinery maintenance.
- General maintenance works as required - stadium seating repairs, expansion joints, window & glazing.
- Communication across multiple departments to assist their needs
- Completing all projects within time and budget
- Attention to detail - ensuring that all assets & building systems are delivered to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
Along with a proven background as a Carpenter you will have:
- Australian Recognised Trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience - construction environment desirable
- Practical experience in planned preventative maintenance
- Able to work flexibly outside of standard working hours
- National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Good attitude and safety record is a must
- Be able to pass a full medical, as well as ongoing drug and alcohol testing
