Carpenter And Joiner

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter and Joiner to join our team.This role will involve collaborating with our experienced craftsmen and skilled installers to constructand install wooden bespoke window coverings for our customers. From taking measurements tocrafting custom blinds and shutters, a Carpenter and Joiner will contribute to the creation ofpersonalized solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our clients' spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing and installing a wide variety of wooden and plastic window furnishings, includingRoller, Roman blinds, Skylight and Roof Blinds, Shutters, Outdoor Blinds, and Aluminium Shutters.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, PVC, and other materials.
• Collaborating with experienced craftsmen to determine materials required, dimensions andinstallation procedures to meet the unique requirements of each customer.
• Ensuring attention to detail and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in all aspects of themanufacturing and installation process.
• Repairing existing wooden window coverings
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Upholding EKKO Group reputation for delivering high-quality products and service byconsistently meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in carpentry/joinery.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
