Carpenter and Defects Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced carpenter and Defects Carpenter for full time work as a carpenter for pre-completion fixing building defects on residential home builds across South-East Queensland. 

You will perform remedial works based on the defects report at various locations of our projects and perform general carpentry skills for framing out, including for ducting, bulkheads etc.

Employee must have at least three years experience in home builds, attention to detail, able to work with other trades, with attention to detail and quality.

Salary

We are offering $80,000 plus superannuation.

Tasks

Providing assessment and ability to rectify and building skills with framing, fitting, finishing, cutting for the assembly and erection of framework for subflooring, roofing and wall panelling etc.

Requirements

· White card

· QBCC licenced or ability to obtain one

· Drivers Licence

· Relevant qualification plus three years experience in construction
