Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects. This role requires strong collaboration with other tradespeople and contractors, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and moldings.
2. Sound understanding of waterproofing.
3. Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
4. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.
5. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Carpenter Tradesperson.
2. Proficient in using hand and power tools.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
4. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
5. Excellent mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
6. Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
7. Attention to detail and precision in work.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• The Carpenter Tradesperson will work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project.
• May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Physical labour and lifting heavy materials may be involved.
