Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects. This role requires strong collaboration with other tradespeople and contractors, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. All carpentry works inc framing, fixout, windows, doors, door locks, decks, pergolas, flooring, roofing etc
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and moldings.
- Sound understanding of waterproofing.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Tradesperson.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Excellent mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:
- The Carpenter Tradesperson will work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project.
- May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Physical labour and lifting heavy materials may be involved.
