An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. This role will.
Fitting out Wheelhouse and Accommodation areas on new vessels and preparing vessel for launch
Assisting with other fit out jobs internally and externally on new vessels
Complete maintenance on existing vessels including, refits, windows, doors etc.
- In this role you will be responsible for:•
- Building cabinets
- Installing ceilings and walls to accommodation area
- Installing ceilings to wheelhouse area
- Installing furniture such as eating areas, kitchens
- Installing seating
- Installing windows
- Composite work Mould making
Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Certificate III in Carpentry or Certificate III in Cabinet Making
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Can work within a team.
- Can work unsupervised.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meet strict deadlines.
- Sound time management and people skills.
