Carpentry Apprentice

OMJ Carpentry has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team. 

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking. 

Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment. 

We are a close-knit group of mates - we go camping together every year over the King's birthday weekend and enjoy a nice pub meal together. 

We work all over Melbourne, with work currently in Greenvale. 

To be successful you will need to have the following: 

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work 
• Be reliable and punctual 
• Very keen to learn 
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools 
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry 
• Ability to get to and from work independently 

Preferred but not essential: 

• Driver's licence & Own car 
• A white card 
• Completed a pre-apprenticeship 
• Own tools
