About the role
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Superstar Carpet Cleaner looks after maintaining the cleanliness and presentation within Doma hotels precinct, along with the following;
- daily carpet cleaning procedures as directed, according to the Doma Hotels standards
- daily moving of hotel furniture as directed
- familiarise the layout of the hotel and all public facilities
- follow and complete the daily checklist
- ensure all Work health and safety practices are utilised when performing duties
- report any damaged equipment and maintenance requirements
- observe and practice all security procedures for the hotel premises
- respond to cleaning requests in a courteous and timely manner
What you will bring

A guest-service expert, with a keen eye for detail. Naturally, your previous experience as a Carpet Cleaner will come highly regarded. As will the following:
- a positive, genuine, friendly and team focused attitude
- previous cleaning experience in a similar role, preferred but not essential
- high-level time management skills and ability to managing other competing priorities
- pride in what you do and a key eye for detail
- physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
- be open to feedback
- excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- flexibility to work varied hours as required, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- willingness and ability to exceed expectations
