As part of the CTP team, you will be part of the wider CTP business unit that includes teams in South Australia and Victoria jurisdictions.
This is a Case Manager role undertaking full end to end case management under the 2017 NSW CTP scheme. Yes that is right – no tail MACA claims.
To be successful in this role you would demonstrate an ability to be utilise best practice case management skills while managing a caseload of claims within the legislation.
This will be a permanent position based in our vibrant Sydney office. You will also have an option to work from home for up to 3 days per week once you complete training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims management strategies that support the achievement of high-quality outcomes
Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience in claims management OR Strong Customer Service Skills.
Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support.
A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Sound analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
