What if you could play a more hands-on role in helping injured workers get back on their feet?
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Case Manager who is looking to develop by taking on a key challenging portfolio in our Canberra Team. The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of High Risk claims including return to work and medical expense management. This vital member of the team will demonstrate a professional approach and ability to build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders’ including employers, medical professionals and legal professionals.
You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.
Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
