Case Management Officer | Aps 4

I am working with a small Federal Government organisation to find an APS 4 Case Management Officer, to be based at Brindabella Park. (Note - parking is FREE!)

This is a 12 month contract, with the possibility of longer term work beyond that.

You do not need a security clearance to apply for this role.  If you're chosen as the successful applicant, you will be granted a Baseline security clearance after commencement.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

• End to end management of the organisation's records using Content Manager 10 (CM10) (including accurate electronic filing, file naming and file destruction and management of hard copy records including implementing proper security, storage and destruction processes)
• Ensuring accurate data entry into the the organisation's in-house Case Management system
• Updating case files at each stage of the review process and ensuring that documents are filed electronically
• Liaising with health practitioners and clinics to obtain medical records for review, including explaining record export processes
• Preparing clinical records for review, including applying quality control processes, converting, tagging and scanning records
• Coordinating secure collection and delivery of documents via courier services
• Providing liaison and support to the wider organisation regarding access to document systems and records
• Generating and preparing materials for meetings, including correspondence and reports
• Undertaking other general administrative support tasks as required

In order to have your application considered, you must have:

• Experience with records management, documentation preparation and general administrative tasks
• Experience using CM10
• Desirable: Familiarity with the structure of medical records and basic medical terminology
