About the roleThe Student Life Cycle team within the Division of Education and Student Experience are looking to fill multiple Case Review Administrator positions. If you consider yourself agile and want to be part of a solution, this is the role for you. Experience working in higher education or a background in student services is highly regarded.
What you'll be responsible for- 🖥 Office and Team Coordination
Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team
- 🗓 Organisation and Administration
Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents
- ✅ Prioritization
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- 🔍 Attention to detail
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
