Tip Top Victoria is currently seeking applications for Casual Bakery Assistants to join our team at our Dandenong site.
Casual shifts - you would be offer shifts as per the company's demand.
Wage rate: $27.69 base (excluding applicable penalty rates).
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role of the Bakery Assistant Position is:
- Assist with production and packing of product.
- Assist with Machine Operation.
- Cleaning duties as required.
- Complete operational documentation.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
- Strong safety focus, working in a team environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated.
- Passion for food safety.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
- Flexibility to work irregular shifts.
