SalaryMiss Pearl Bar & Dining at the Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank is recruiting Casual Barista for hospitality service team. We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented – a hospitality natural.
The Role
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- Available to work 3-4 days per week
- Pay rates: Mon-Fri at $30.10 p/hr Sat at $36.12 p/hr Sun at $42.14 p/hr
About You
- Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check
- Valid full time working rights in Australia – student visas accepted
