The venue is open Monday-Sunday for lunch, dinner, or just coffee & cocktails. The venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right attracting consistent patronage from the general public due to its spectacular views coupled with a relaxed and friendly environment.
We are looking for a few experienced bartenders.

The Role
- 15-20 hours p/week
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Pay rates at Level 2 or 3, depending on experience.
About You
- Min 2 year experience
- Prior experience in a busy cocktail bar or restaurant preferred.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid NSW RSA (competency card)
- Valid Australian Working Rights student visas accepted
