Casual Bond Cleaner

Welcome to Happy Burrow Cleaning! We are a small mobile business, seeking a new employee to join our growing business. We specialise in bond cleaning across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions.

This role does not require any formal experience, since life naturally gives you cleaning experience.

Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the effect their work has on our business as a whole is a must. The role is very physical and workers who tend to slow down or lose their care factor at the end of the day will not be suited to this business. 

In order to be successful in this position you will need to have your own reliable car and ability to drive it - jobs can be located anywhere in North Brisbane/Moreton Bay and you will need to transport yourself directly to site. There can also be multiple job sites in a day and this can change at a moments notice - you need to have the ability to move sites as needed. 

What we can offer:

The hours are not guaranteed, but reliable employees are offered more hours. The amount of hours offered to you depends on your availability and performance.

The starting award pay rate is $30.09/hour, however pay reviews are frequent, depending on performance. Junior rates are applied to those under 21 years of age.

We are happy to be flexible with days and hours!

NO WEEKEND WORK.

This role would suit a parent wanting work just during school hours, please feel free to discuss starting times if this appeals to you. Otherwise the hours can be anywhere from 6am - 6pm, but are different day to day.
