Casual Café Allrounder (3-5 Days a Week)

Our thriving café is currently seeking a Casual Café Allrounder to join our friendly team for 3-5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing barista-style coffee and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Handling cash transactions and using the POS system effectively.
• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy café environment.
• Assisting in food preparation and basic kitchen duties as required.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to helping the team during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome.
• Barista skills or a willingness to learn and be trained in coffee preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work 3-5 days a week, including weekends (weekend availability is a must).
• Must have RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
