About youThe successful applicant will have the following essential skills and experience:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Approved first aid and child protection qualifications
• A current working with children check(WWCC)

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding children
• Assisting with the implementation of an age-appropriate program for children and share children’s participation and engagement with families.
• Nappy changes and toileting 
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the community
• Active supervision of children
• Maintaining a structured, clean and organized work environment
