You will manage the communication channels used to deliver reporting and will therefore be adept at visual and written communication across several tools and mediums.You will work closely with stakeholders from across the business and Project Delivery space to understand the reporting needs and then either make suggestions to adjust existing reports or create and deliver appropriate ad-hoc reports in response. You can translate data into actionable insights and you use it to drive informed decision making. This role is also responsible for helping others to understand the reports we produce so you can present and explain data and the surrounding processes with confidence.Position Specific
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into visually appealing reports and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools and maintain reporting distribution channels.
- Track reporting deadlines and priorities and help the team ensure these are met, and to a consistent quality.
- Interrogate disparate data sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Design engaging presentations and deliver training sessions to educate end-users on how to interpret our reporting and use reporting tools effectively.
- Stay informed of best practice and emerging trends in project management analysis, data visualisation and reporting tools to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.

The Person- This role requires sound knowledge & experience of data analysis within Projects
- We are looking for a strong communicator who will be involved in all aspects of performance monitoring of the Project Delivery commitments
- Ability to work and perform in a complex and changing environment. Able to interpret and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
- Understanding of the importance of deadlines & priorities and ability to meet them accordingly, across a diverse range of portfolio and corporate reporting requirements.
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated written and presentation skills.
- Strong learning & researching ability
