Candidate must be experienced in cooking a variety of Asian Cuisine, self motivated & hard working & passionate about food -
- Work in conjunction with the senior chefs to assist the operation of our kitchen at Lucy Liu.
- Be an example of excellence in the kitchen for those around to follow.
- Engage in a positive and collaborative manner with the FOH teams to ensure outstanding food experiences for our customers.
- Be involved in the creative process of daily specials with the CDP.
- Have a desire to improve your position within the company.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate must be a professional, self-motivated individual, have a strong attention to detail, be process driven and possess strong technical skills and a passion for cooking.
You would have a strong understanding of cooking and service requirements of being a professional chef. You will also possess a relevant industry qualification and have 1 or more years cooking experience.
